Reservation Policies

  • When you make a reservation you must provide a credit card to which will be applied a guarantee for 100% of the value of the accommodation.

  • At the time of check-out you can cancel this guarantee and make the payment with another card or other means of payment.

  • Alternatively, you can guarantee the reservation by making a transfer paying 50% of the lodging.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation 72 hrs. prior to arrival date, no charge.

  • Cancellation between 48 and 24 hrs. prior to arrival date, first night charge.

  • Cancellation less than 24 hrs. prior to arrival date, full charge of the reservation.

  • Date Changes: Applies to one change only.

  • Cancellation of Reservation via mail, to

  • Refunds of values, only based on our policies mentioned in the first reservation agreed. It does not apply in case of second dates granted for modifications.


General rules of Casadoca

  • Hotel Casadoca reserves the right to stay of its guests, clients or passengers, who must respect the rules contained in this document.

  • To be confirmed the reservation 

  • The client has the unavoidable obligation to check in at the time of arrival at the hotel, and to check out at the end of the reservation, respecting the check-in and check-out times.

  • Regarding the children's policy, the hotel does not allow children under 15 years of age to enter the hotel, without exception.

  • Persons other than those registered will not be allowed to enter the hotel.

  • Breakfast schedules must be respected at all times.

  • Guests who vacate their rooms after 12:00 noon on the day of check-out, without prior notice and without justifying their delay, will be fined with the payment of an additional night.

  • It will be the obligation of the client to pay the extra amounts of his stay at the time that the administration requires it.

  • The client is responsible for any damage and/or harm caused to himself, to other guests, to employees, or to the infrastructure and equipment of the hotel, being obliged to pay the corresponding compensation.

  • For the safekeeping of valuables and money that the client brings with him/her, he/she may use the safety deposit box in his/her room. The hotel administration is not responsible for the loss of these items.

  • The following is expressly prohibited:

  1. Bringing animals into the hotel.

  2. Parking in unassigned parking spaces.

  3. Make annoying noises and provoke disturbances.

  4. Using the hotel equipment for purposes other than those for which it was intended.

  5. Remove from the rooms and common areas any element or furniture.

  6. Using appliances with high electrical consumption other than those installed in the rooms.

  7. In general, any act that disturbs or disturbs other guests.


Late Check Out 

  • From 12:00 to 15:00 hrs. an extra charge corresponding to 50% of the value of the first night will be charged.

  • From 15:00 hrs. onwards will be charged the total value of the stay, because the room is reserved for the current passenger and not available for sale.

*Subject to availability of occupancy of the day (since reservations are constantly updated).


Early Check In

  • Subject to the times of the maid's department (since previously the rooms are sanitized and cleaned between 12:00 to 15:00 hrs. to be ready at the time of Check in).

  • In case the passenger wishes to arrive before 12:00 hrs. an extra charge of 50% of the value of the first night will be charged.

  • Between 14:00 and 15:00 hrs. (Courtesy, subject to availability)
